Preliminary estimates
Any price, price range, or project timing communicated through the website, email, or a future instant estimate calculator is preliminary and informational. A preliminary estimate is not a bid, final quote, promise of availability, or contract for services.
Final pricing and scope may change after the project area, measurements, materials, access, existing floor, and subfloor conditions are reviewed. Taxes, delivery, disposal, transitions, trim, stairs, unusual layouts, or other project-specific items may also affect cost when applicable.
Subfloor and site conditions
Some conditions cannot be confirmed until existing flooring is removed or the work area is otherwise accessible. Moisture concerns, uneven areas, damaged or loose subfloor, adhesive, added layers, structural movement, and other concealed conditions may require changes to preparation, scheduling, materials, or price.
Everstrong Flooring will discuss material changes to the project scope when additional conditions are identified. Work beyond an agreed scope should be documented in the applicable estimate, change authorization, or contract.
Materials and customer information
Product availability, manufacturer requirements, dye lots, dimensions, colors, and specifications may change. Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and reviewing material selections, estimates, and written project documents before approval.
Scheduling
Requested dates, including evenings or weekends, are subject to availability. Project timing may be affected by material availability, site readiness, added preparation, travel, weather-related disruptions, or other conditions outside reasonable control. Confirmed scheduling terms should appear in the actual project documents.
Installation warranty
Everstrong Flooring offers a one-year installation warranty. The actual coverage, exclusions, claim process, start date, and available remedies are governed by the written warranty and contract terms for the specific project. Website descriptions do not expand or replace those terms. Manufacturer product warranties, when available, are separate from installation workmanship coverage.
No contract through website use
Visiting the website, sending an email, using a quote interface, or receiving preliminary information does not create a contractor-customer relationship or require either party to proceed. Services begin only under mutually accepted project terms.
