When you contact Everstrong Flooring or request an estimate, you may choose to provide information such as your name, email address, project address or service location, flooring selections, approximate square footage, current flooring, subfloor or demolition needs, scheduling preferences, and other project details.
The website does not currently require an account. If an online estimate calculator is added, it may collect the project selections and estimate information needed to provide a preliminary price range.

- Evaluate whether a project is within the available service area.
- Discuss flooring materials, preparation needs, timing, and project scope.

Website and technical information
Website hosting providers and related infrastructure may automatically process limited technical data, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. This data may be needed to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and reduce misuse.
Analytics, advertising pixels, or nonessential cookies should be described here before they are enabled. The current V1 site does not depend on a user account or a marketing-cookie consent system.
Future estimate calculator
Everstrong Flooring may later connect an external estimate widget or online calculator. That tool may process square footage, flooring type, removal, subfloor preparation, service location, and contact information. Before such a tool is launched, this policy should be updated to identify the provider, the information sent to it, and any additional choices available to users.
Sharing information
Everstrong Flooring does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, communications, scheduling, estimating, or project administration, but only as reasonably needed for those services.
